1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Tcglive and its customers.
1.2 By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.3 Tcglive guarantees that the delivered products meet the specifications stated in the offer.
 

2. Delivery

2.1 Delivery takes place as long as stock lasts.
2.2 Products can be shipped or picked up on-site. For shipping, any delivery costs are indicated at the checkout.
2.3 Orders are shipped only after receipt of payment.
2.4 Tcglive strives to process orders within 7 days of payment. In case of delay, you will be notified within 1 week. You have the right to cancel the order free of charge in such cases.
2.5 Delivery is considered complete once the goods have been handed over to the customer.
2.6 Delivery times on the website are indicative and no rights can be derived from them.
2.7 Shipping is only available within the Netherlands and Belgium.
2.8 Shipping costs within the Netherlands are EUR 13. Shipping costs to Belgium are EUR 9.
2.9 Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day. Shipments are handled by Bpost & PostNL. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking link via email.

3. Prices

3.1 As a small business under the special VAT scheme, we do not charge VAT. All prices are VAT-exempt.
3.2 We reserve the right to implement price changes. If this affects your order, you will be informed and have the right to cancel the order.
3.3 Prices are subject to typographical and printing errors. In case of errors, you have the right to cancel your purchase.
 

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1 As a consumer, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without stating reasons.
4.2 You must notify us in writing before returning products. Return costs are borne by the customer.
4.3 Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused. If damaged or used, the right of withdrawal lapses.
4.4 Upon approval of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days.
4.5 A restocking fee of 15% applies to pre-order cancellations.
 

5. Privacy and Data Management

5.1 Your data is included in our customer database and processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
5.2 We do not share your data with third parties without your consent. You can request, modify, or delete your data by contacting us.
 

6. Warranty and Complaints

6.1 We guarantee that our products meet reasonable standards of reliability and durability.
6.2 Check your order upon receipt. Any defects must be reported in writing within 14 days.
6.3 If a complaint is justified, we will replace the product or provide an appropriate solution.
6.4 This warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage due to improper use.
 

7. Special Offers

7.1 Offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.2 We reserve the right to withdraw or change offers within 3 working days of acceptance.
7.3 Offers do not apply to backorders.
 

8. Agreements

8.1 An agreement is concluded once we confirm your order.
8.2 We reserve the right to refuse orders or deliver under cash on delivery.
 

9. Images and Specifications

9.1 Images and specifications on the website are indicative. No rights can be derived from them.
 

10. Force Majeure

10.1 We are not liable for force majeure, such as malfunctions, strikes, or external issues.
10.2 In the event of force majeure, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel deliveries.
 

11. Disputes and Applicable Law

11.1 Complaints can be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
11.2 All agreements are subject to Belgian law.
11.3 Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual consultation. If necessary, the dispute will be submitted to the court in the district of our registered office.
