1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between tcglive and its customers.
1.2 By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.
1.3 TCGlive guarantees that the delivered products meet the specifications stated on the website.
 

2. Delivery

2.1 Delivery is subject to stock availability.
2.2 Products can be shipped or picked up on-site. Shipping costs are indicated at checkout.
2.3 Orders are shipped only after payment is received.
2.4 We aim to process orders within 7 days of payment. In case of delay, you will be notified within 1 week and have the right to cancel the order free of charge.
2.5 Delivery is considered complete once the goods are handed over to the customer.
2.6 Delivery times are indicative and do not grant any rights.
2.7 Shipping is available worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
 

3. Prices & VAT

3.1 All prices listed on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.
3.2 tcglive reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. If a price change affects an existing order, you will be informed and may cancel the order free of charge.
3.3 All prices are subject to typographical errors.
 

4. Returns & Cancellation

4.1 Standard products: You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4.2 Personalized or made-to-order products: No right of withdrawal applies, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
4.3 Defective or incorrectly delivered products must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
4.4 If a claim is justified, we will provide a free replacement or, if replacement is not possible, a refund.
4.5 Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
 

5. Privacy & Data Management

5.1 Your data is processed according to applicable privacy laws and is stored in our customer database.
5.2 Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent. You may request, modify, or delete your data at any time.
 

6. Warranty & Complaints

6.1 Products meet reasonable standards of reliability and durability.
6.2 Inspect your order upon receipt. Any defects must be reported in writing within the specified period.
6.3 Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to improper use.
 

7. Special Offers

7.1 Offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.2 TCGlive may modify or withdraw offers within 3 business days of acceptance.
7.3 Offers do not apply to backorders.
 

8. Agreements

8.1 An agreement is concluded once tcglive confirms your order.
8.2 tcglive reserves the right to refuse orders or deliver cash on delivery only.
 

9. Images & Specifications

9.1 Images and specifications on the website are indicative. No rights can be derived from them.
 

10. Force Majeure

10.1 tcglive is not liable for force majeure, such as technical failures, strikes, or external circumstances.
10.2 In the event of force majeure, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel deliveries.
 

11. Disputes & Applicable Law

11.1 Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt.
11.2 All agreements are subject to Belgian law.
11.3 Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual consultation. If necessary, disputes will be submitted to the court in the district of our registered office.
