Return & Refund Policy

Personalized Products

All our products are made to order and personalized specifically for you.
For this reason, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

• Incorrect size selected

• Incorrect color selected

• Errors in the design or text provided by the customer

• Change of mind after placing the order

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

• damaged,

• has a printing or manufacturing defect, or

• is different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at [your email address].

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• your order number

• clear photos showing the issue

Once the claim is approved, we will offer:

• a free replacement, or

• a refund if a replacement is not possible

Lost Orders

If your order is lost during shipping, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started, which usually begins shortly after the order is placed.

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
